Jib Sock

Fit height and width spot on and great quality. I just had to add some grommets to the upper section so I could zig zag lines to pull it tight around the sail. It flogged a bit in a breeze. Overall very happy

It looks well made and it fits nicely.

Ordered the jib sock for a trailerable I am keeping in a slip. The jib is fixed to the forestay on a furler so I cannot drop it without bringing down the mast. I measured carefully, which was good as I needed it larger than the default circumference. Went on easy, looks great and is working fine so far. Hope it holds up in the California sun.

I was unable to measure length for my jib sock, due to lines being inside my mast. Using information about my Seaward 25 obtained on line, I ordered the jib sock. It was too long, but I have a seamstress who can fix that. Otherwise, I am happy.

Very happy with the jib sock quality and service from Lee Sail Covers. I originally ordered the wrong size but Becky was great to work with to get what I needed. I won’t hesitate to buy my next main sail cover from them as well.

I was a difficult customer because I measured wrong - twice! The first time was just a mistake in measuring and I placed the order and Becky called and straightened me out. (They could have just filled the order and it was my mistake.) So I remeasured and gave lots of leeway for the clew and lines. Again the company called and discussed and had me measure correctly. Quality of the canvas and stitching are good. However, the jib sock lacked tighteners to assure the sock doesn't billow in the wind. I did tie an extra line at the head and wrapped it from top to bottom, but difficult to get good coverage. Also wrapped another halyard. If you have a kit for the tighteners, plz let me know. I'd install them myself.

My Precision 15 has a shorter jib than the standard lengths available on the Lee Sails website. I sent an email over the weekend asking how to special order and was answered immediately. The jib sock arrived well under the promised delivery time and fits perfectly! The large zipper is easy to use with one hand while the other hand hoists the sock over the furled jib! Nicely constructed, rapid service, and lightning fast customer service responses. An awesome combination!

Love my headsail sock. I got the pacific blue and put it over a dacron headsail. No more raising and lowering sails while cruising the Sound! One month later in late summer wind storms shows no wear and tear, high quality stuff.
